Job Description :
1. Perform problem cause analysis
2. Resolve routine customer problem
3. Ability to Identify Opportunity & Implement Process Improvements
4. Has technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity and analysis.
5. Ability to meet a set of defined account agent productivity measurements.
Mandatory Skills:
1. Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP configuration options and troubleshooting
2. Strong computer skills required
3. Proficient in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Additional Information:
1. Working in shifts is a mandate.
2. Candidates applying and selected for the job will be expected to work in shifts - including evening and night shifts.
3. Shifts will 24x7 in nature and can vary depending on geographies supported.
