Technical skills:
1. Strong knowledge of PHP/AJAX,MVC with OOPs a must.
2. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS a must.
3. Strong knowledge of database design and query writing a must (MySQL).
4. Experience in latest PHP technologies a must (ex: Zend).
Candidate Profile:
1. Proficient in PHP,MVC, JavaScript, HTML and MySQL.
2. Hands-on any PHP based framework/CMS like CakePHP or Magento.
3. Good to have Object Oriented Programming Skills.
4. Must write efficient code with documentation.
