Job Description :
1. Report the effectiveness of fraud procedures for each step of the customer transaction
2. Analyse behavioural trends based on historic data and identify remedies to minimise future cost of fraud.
3. Identify potential weaknesses within our transaction process for which future fraudulent behaviour could result in losses
4. Implement such remedies as are required to minimise the cost of fraud together with internal stakeholders such as IT and CSC team or external stakeholders such as ReD and the police
5. Use all available data to build meaningful trends and understanding of fraudulent behaviour, such as chargebacks and clubcard data.
6. Assist other parts of the Dotcom and Direct business to build processes and understanding of best practice fraud prevention techniques.
Candidate Profile:
1. Any Graduate except, BE, BTech, MTech, BCA and MCA freshers
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and spoken
3. Analytical approach and thinking
4. Flexible for UK shifts
