2. Good knowledge of PABX/PBX,ISDN,VOIP,SIP,h.323.
3. Excellent customer handling skills via phone and email
4. Understanding customer queries, able to analyze the issue & providing prompt solutions
5. Experience in technical support would be an added advantage.
Candidate Profile:
1. Any Bachelors degree or demonstrated skill and/or related industry experience.
2. Customer focused
3. Proactive, with the ability to work on his/her own initiative
4. Willingness to learn & ability to grasp
5. Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
6. Team player
7. Must have logical thinking
8. Willingness to work in international time zones
9. Ensure a case is followed-up promptly & closed when qualified
10. Ability to draft emails with flawless precision .
