Job Description:
1. Proactively develops and creates customer relationships in his/her area of responsibility
2. Accountable for developing KONE position in his/her customer base or market area
3. Creates and communicates leads and sales opportunities for entire KONE sales team (e.g. cross-selling)
4. Ensures customer satisfaction and solving complaints with the rest of KONE team
5. Documents the customer and contact information, maintains customer data
6. Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets
7. Validates that the contents of the order received from the customer are in line with the negotiation process outcome, including terms and conditions, quality and safety
8. Accountable for hand-over to installation, maintenance and/or engineering with complete and correct information
9. Maintains full information of opportunities, tasks and visits.
Responsibilities :
1. The candidate should possess Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical
2. Basic level of English / IT Literate / commercial / technical training
3. Should possess Local language skills
