Requirements: At least 2-5 years of experience in working with Web applications, and specialized in Open Source Softwares. Hands-on experience in Moodle, PHP 5.x, Open Source Frameworks (like CakePHP, Ruby on Rails), MySQL and JavaScript. Hands-on experience in OOPS concepts (including Interfaces, Serialization, Overloading, etc.) and MVC design pattern. Good to have to exposure and experience in Cloud computing, SaaS model and Agile software development. Must have experience in a team development setting, including version control system, Cloud computing, SaaS applications. Good knowledge in AJAX, jQuery, JavaScript, and XHTML. Good knowledge in MySQL and other RDBMS (normalization, indexes, triggers and procedures). Experience in both front-end and back-end technologies.
