Job Responsibilities:
1. Handling US customers and troubleshooting their technical queries
2. Completely involved in troubleshooting technical problems

4. Resolve networking,OS,Virus related issues for customers.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. B.E/ B.Tech /Degree / Diploma with basic domain knowledge in Networking concepts
2. Must have outstanding WRITTEN AND VERBAL ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
